Chip Timing
Chip timing ensures times are accurate and results are quickly available to every participant.
Course Photography
Jon Brunk Photography will be on hand both along the course and at the finish to catch you in action. To see past photos or order 2010 photos go to http://www.photoreflect.com/pr3/store.aspx?p=22601.
Water Stations
Fully staffed water stations will be along the course. However, on this 9.3-mile course, we highly recommend that you carry your own water, sport drink, and/or fuel, if needed for your own safety and performance.
Walkers Welcome
This is a walker-friendly race! Course support, staffed by volunteers, and timing ends at 11:00 am, 2.5 hours after start. Walking participants may still continue to be on the course thereafter.
Other Course Guidelines
We welcome parents with strollers, and out of respect for other racers, we kindly request that you start with the walkers. We ask that you not bring dogs on this race course. Our primary concern is the safety of all participants, and we appreciate your understanding. When walking or running stay to the right on trail whenever possible.

790 KGMI News Talk
Some companies are so successful that they become part of our daily rituals. On air and online, Bellingham's News Talk radio gives us news, dependable weather, shows, not to mention those important school closuresevery single day! Tracy Ellis, and all of the talent at KGMI, thank you for your great work throughout the community and for your early, enthusiastic support of this event.
Village Books
You know you're cherished when people ask, what would we do without you? The sentiment isn't often expressed about a business, but the heart and intelligence of Village Books begs the question. To our neighbors in Historic Fairhaven, Chuck and Dee Robinson, thanks to you and your entire team of booksellers. Our favorite sprint is right across the street.
