We love Bellingham and love summer for super cool citywide sightseeing while out on runs & walks.

To inspire some exploring, we’ve put together three Scavenger Hunts highlighting different parts of the city – Fairhaven/Southside, Downtown/Waterfront, and City Parks.

All the areas identified are close to nearby trails and paths that you can check out while hunting.

Everyone who completes each hunt will be entered in the drawing for lots of cool prizes – including store gift certificates and merchandise.

FAQ’s:

Do I have to complete a Hunt all in one outing?

No, you might want to break up a Hunt into different days focusing on different parks or routes. You just need to finish the Hunt(s) by the end of August.

What do I do first?

Pick which Scavenger Hunt you want to tackle first – Fairhaven/Southside, Downtown/Waterfront, or City Parks. Scroll up to see the three different hunts.  (You can do more than one Hunt if you want.)

What do I do when I find the object/scenes pictured in my hunt?

Take a selfie with the object/scene depicted in each picture. When you have found all 5 object/scene for a particular Scavenger Hunt, email us at runners@fairhavenrunners.com and attach the 5 pictures to your email. Put the name of the Scavenger Hunt in the subject line.

How can I earn chances to win a prize?

1. When you email us with your completed Scavenger Hunt pictures you earn a chance.
2. To earn an additional chance, post ONE photo per Scavenger Hunt on social media (Facebook or Instagram) and tag @fairhavenrunners or #fairhavenrunners and you’ll get an additional entry.
