Meet at the trailhead before embarking on an out and back shore-hugging trail route. Roundtrip: 6 miles.

From the intersection of Alabama and Electric follow North Shore Dr. for about 8 miles. Make a left at Smith Creek (you will see the large Lake Whatcom Park sign). Then make a left into the parking lot at the trailhead.

Well attended. Plan on good exercise and camaraderie, versus casual strolling.
