“My Pace Fitness” Running/Walking Training Program

Coach Mary Coulthurst leads this fun training program designed to Include instruction on running technique, injury prevention, stretching and core strength exercises. Twice weekly workouts are encouraging and inclusive to all while designed and tailored for each person.
