Cascade Mountain RunnersCascade Mountain Runners is a not-for-profit based in Bellingham, Washington. Their mission is to get more people on the trail and into the mountains. To this end, their objective is to connect Bellingham to Mount Baker with a world class 50 mile trail system. Everyone who’s been a part of the team since 2013 lives works and plays in the mountains and calls the Cascades their home. Board members and volunteers are committed to seeing this vision take shape.
CMR hosts group runs throughout the year. These runs are meant to get you into the mountains and back safely, all runs are free to join in. Each run will have a different flavor and it’s best to bring your sense of adventure. The runs usually start at about 10 miles in distance and can range from scrabbling up a mountain to 50 miles in a day. They focus on the experiences and showing you new trails and places to run.
