Join us each Sunday at 8:00 AM for an empowering opportunity to move together and make new friends. Women of all ages and fitness levels will gather for a run or walk. The focus is on creating a supportive space where participants can enjoy nature, connect with others, and have fun. The group promotes inclusivity, celebrating all paces and experiences, and aims to provide encouragement, build community, and offer a break from the weeks stresses. Special Guest: PRIME Owner, Kerry Gufstason - Stick around after the adventure to get a tour of PRIME Institute. Kerry will give us tools that we can use to prevent injury and accelerate recovery.
Distance: 3 - 6 miles along Whatcom Creek Trail to Whatcom Falls.

Distance: A fun 3 mile route will be marked along the Horse Trails with the option to run around Lake Padden to make it 5.5 miles

Barkley Village Pond/ Railroad Trail to Whatcom Falls
Special Guest: Mary Glaze of My Pace Fitness
Join Mary and Melissa near the Barkley Pond at 8 am for warm-ups with My Pace before heading out on the Railroad Trail toward Whatcom Falls Park (4ish miles out and back). Meet back at Barkley Pond at 9:15 a.m. for core work and stretching.
Distance: 4 Miles with the option to go shorter or longer.
Where: the Barkley Pond Trail just off Woburn near the Regal Theaters
