To get in the spirit for fall trail exploring and that back-to-school time of year, we’ve put together a Mad Libs themed game aimed at having some fun and maybe helping jog our creative brains.

Once you’ve played this game, take a screenshot of your completed Mad Libs and email it to us at runners@fairhavenrunners.com. In your email, be sure to let us know both your name and the person who played the game with you. You both will be in the running for some fun fall running themed, randomly drawn prizes.

And just in case you need a reminder, here are some basic Mad Lib Rules:

• You will act as the “reader” and you’ll need to enlist a running buddy or family member to give you adjectives, nouns, exclamations, colors, adjectives, and more.for each of the prompts. These will be substituted for blanks in the story before reading it aloud.
• Remember, don’t give the title or share any of the story until after your running buddy has given you all the prompts.
