Go Courtney, Go!!! Bellingham’s incredibly talented Courtney Olsen will be representing the U.S. in the 100K World Championships in Germany on August 27th! Want to help send her off & wish her well? She’ll be at the August 16th Tuesday All-Paces Run along with some of her Bellingham Distance Project teammates! She’ll share her goals for the race before heading off with the group for the run. 

BDP runners will also be sharing some Gnarly Raspberry Hydrate electrolyte drink samples at the run & to take home.

Friendly, social and led by All-Paces Run leaders Andy & Angela, runs are 20 minutes out and 20 minutes back on two key routes, by the water or through the woods. Participants are divided into groups by pace, ranging from run/walk to 7-8 minute miles. Starts and finishes at the store. So sorry, but these are people only events (no doggies).
