Social Distancing Fitness Bingo
This challenge starts as soon as you want it to, and the deadline to complete it will be Monday, April 27th. Everyone who sends us a completed card will be entered in a drawing for lots of cool prizes. Bingo boards and instructions are available to download here. Instructions are also listed below. Update: Please modify or replace any exercises that don’t comply with the current “Stay Home, Stay Healthy” proclamation! We know you can be creative.
School is out, businesses are temporarily slowing or closing, group runs and spring races are being cancelled (even entire track seasons) and there’s that never ending conundrum, “Where’s the toilet paper!?” We are thankful for those with the difficult job of making calls on how to best keep Covid-19 from spreading. We are thankful for all of you who have made the decision to support us and all other local businesses. We are thankful that though things are cancelled, we still get to live in a wonderful community with the meditative beauty of trails all around.
In the next few weeks, we will be trying as much as possible to post positive quotes, beautiful trail pictures, and inspirational stories on our social media. We will focus on the positive! In return, we are asking you to KEEP MOVING! A little bit. Every day. There is magic in movement and healing in some extra heartbeats.
How do I take part in the Challenge? To take part in our Fitness Bingo Challenge, just download this BINGO card here and cross off one square per day until you get a “blackout”. Then email firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of your completed card.
