6pm run starts/5:45pm check-in 

goodr will join us for the run with 30 demo pairs of these good lookin’, no slippin’, no bouncin’, polarized, UV 400 running sunglasses for folks to try out on the run.

As this is also long time All-Paces Run leader, Cody’s birthday, we’ll also celebrate that with a Cody themed game pre-run and birthday cake after.

A raffle for goodr Running Sunglasses will wrap up the evening.

*Weekly All-Paces Runs are 20 min. out, 20 min. back in groups by pace on a waterfront or through the woods route. These are people only events (sorry, no doggies).
